Description

In September of 2006 we completed the 10,570 square foot Activity Center for the church located in an historic firehouse across from the church.  The purpose was to make an activity center and gathering place for the people of Peru.  In keeping with the historical look of the firehouse, light fixtures and some of the existing elements (like the arched doorway) were kept in the design.  The arched doorway was actually uncovered during the renovation process, and was too significant to cover back up.  Kids have an arcade room with pool tables, classrooms, and stage for entertainment; as well as a full-size commercial kitchen.
